Clients requiring Remote Assistance please click the link below, download the file and then run it on your computer. You will be asked if you want to allow Teamviewer to make changes to your PC, choose "YES" or "Allow" once the program is running on your PC, wait for DTX to request a connection to your computer, you will see an "Allow" notice on your computer when this takes place. Choose "Allow" and DTX will then be connected to your computer remotely.
