My Mail box is showing full, yet I have no emails to collect when I sign in with Outlook/Outlook Express

 I sometimes use Web Mail
 I Never Use Web Mail
 I used web mail a long time ago, but not anymore
 I deleted my Neomail Trash
 I don't know how to delete my Neo Mail Trash Can
